# The 100-Year Life: A Conversation with Professor Lynda Gratton

We're delighted to be hosting Professor Lynda Gratton of London Business School at Edelman London to mark the launch of her new book, Living the 100-Year Life and companion journal.

Lynda’s previous book (The 100-Year Life) sold over a million copies and reshaped how businesses and individuals think about longevity, career design, and the future of work. Her new book is the practical follow-up: a guide to navigating a life and career that now stretches well beyond the traditional education-work-retirement model, built around her framework of eight threads spanning both productivity and nurture. It's accompanied by a companion journal designed to help readers put the ideas into practice.

This fireside chat will be hosted by Jackie Cooper, Global Chair Enterprise Initiatives and Founder of Edelman’s Longevity Lab and will explore what a 100-year life means for how organisations design careers, structure work, and support people through longer, less linear paths than most systems were built for, followed by an open Q&A.
