About the Event

Please join Edelman and Handshake on October 25 for a panel discussion about Gen Z and the New Meaning of Work.

How can leaders better understand and meet employee expectations in today’s rapidly changing environment? How is Gen Z transforming workplace expectations? What is the cost of silence vs speaking up on social issues that impact the lives of employees, particularly in a fraught political and legal landscape?  How can building trust in our workplaces help build trust across society?

This will be a dynamic discussion between leading employee experience experts, Gen Z experts, and c-suite executives who are evolving their own programs in light of the complex workplace environment we find ourselves in.

Handshake, the leading early career community in the US with over 13 million active student users, will be unveiling some of its own data on Gen Z alongside Edelman’s recently released research on trust in the workplace. This will be a robust conversation on the exceptional impact Gen Z is having in redefining workplace expectations for all generations.
