About the Event

Thank you for your interest. Registration for this event is now closed.

In celebration of National Women’s History Month, Under Armour, Edelman, and Tech:NYC will be hosting a networking event and panel discussion featuring leaders and changemakers in female storytelling. Comprised of several experts from different areas of media, the panel will center around how we can continue to advocate for female storytelling, amplify female voices across the media landscape and leverage their personal brand as a platform for awareness.

For example, do newsrooms need to hold reporters and producers accountable to benchmarks on the number of female sources? Do communications leaders need to make more female executive sources available? What story about female leadership was the hardest for you to pitch? What data or insights are helpful as you bring a story on the female experience to life such as equal pay, female athletes, or the evolution since the Me Too movement?

Join us for this thoughtful discussion and to celebrate all the accomplishments of women in media and communications thus far.
